Application of Mathematical Models in Clean Energy Production and Environmental Conservation: Case of Briquettes Making from Agro-Waste Products
Asaph Keikara Muhumuza

Introduction

This project explores the use of mathematical models, particularly Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to optimize briquette production from agro-waste products. Uganda relies heavily on unsustainable energy sources like charcoal and firewood, which contribute to deforestation and climate change. By converting agro-waste into briquettes, the project aims to provide a cleaner, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly energy alternative.
